Hi, I am the owner of domain ttttim.com from wordpress. It was a long subscription and I forgot to update my payment details. I missed the notification email and therefore the domain has been expired for more than 30 days. Please let me know how to get it back, thank you very much!

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

  • Howdy,

It does appear as though the registration for ttttim.com has expired since there was no payment by the renewal date. The good news is that we may be able to recover your domain, but there will be a late renewal fee ($80) to do so. This recovery fee is charged to us by the registry, so it is not something we are able to waive for any reason.

The total cost will be $99 (the late fee + $19 for 1 year of domain registration). If this is agreeable, please let me know and I will send you a manual payment request to the email address associated with the user account you are posting from.

  • Oh wait, I take that back, I see that you have purchased a WordPress.com Premium plan which includes a free year of domain registration. So the manual payment to recover your domain would just be for the late fee of $80.

Would love to do that, please let me know how to proceed. thank you!

  • Hi there,

Please check your inbox for the invoice we just sent, which will include a link to pay for the $80 late renewal (redemption) fee for ttttim.com.

If you do not see it in your inbox, please search for the subject “Payment request from Automattic Inc.” and be sure to check any spam folders. Also be sure you are not blocking emails from our donotreply address donotreply[at]wordpress[dot]com.

If you are not sure which inbox to check, we send all email to the address you entered under your profile here: https://wordpress.com/me/account/

After you make payment please return here to let us know so we can take the next step to recover the domain. Thanks!
