Hi there – We do see the domain was renewed and then promptly cancelled via this account on August 13 of this year. We are not able to see into why something was cancelled, but only that it was. Have any additional insight to offer?

Hi @jerseylawcommission, that’s really unfortunate. When you cancel a domain, it’s held for a short period, then goes into a redemption process where the registrar charges an extra fee to get it back. So we offer a warning about the difficulty of getting a domain back in the cancellation process.
It looks like your domain is right on the cusp of redemption status, but if it’s not too late, we can just get it uncancelled. If it is too late to simply un-cancel, we’ll need to set up an invoice for the redemption fee ($80). We’ll let you know what we find.

Hi there,
Thanks for your patience while we worked on this. We were able to retrieve the domain at no additional cost to you. It should now be appearing within your account again.
Cheers!
