Domain 'Expired' although it was renewed

    When we go to our site at https://justthebookkeepers.wordpress.com/ AKA https://justthebookkeepers.com/
    there is still a notification that the domain has expired and will soon be deleted, but we have paid for renewal and received a receipt for same.
    We do still have access to the dashboard, but the site is not visible. I am concerned lest we loose the entire site and contents before this gets resolved. Is there any way to follow up on this?

    Umm, this was probably clear, but just to make sure:
    The blog I need help with is not the one that was added automatically above, that is just the primary site on our account. The site with the problem is justthebookeepers.com

    Update: I got the site running but there is still a problem that makes me nervous about it going forward.
    I got the site back up by changing the primary domain to justthebookkeepers.wordpress.com . The real domain name, justthebookkeepers.com is still listed as “expired 10 months ago” even though it works properly, and the recent payment for Premium hosting is still not listed in the payment history even though the the we are listed as having the Premium plan for this site.

    Ok, part of this is made complex since there are a couple different accounts on that site who own upgrades.

    I just fixed things up so that the domain mapping moved over to the Premium plan that was recently purchased. Premium comes with a free domain credit so this will keep things up and running for you.
