Domain Expired and your support absolutely sucks

My domain expired I received no email warning of any kind. I sent an email more the 24 hours ago with no response. The domain is spintechit.com
Your guys are totally frustrating I have read all the posts around domain cancellations. Again it’s been more than 24 hours. Automate the process then if you know you’re going to mess people up.

Thank you 1791780 is the help desk ticket if anyone is interested. But honestly I don’t mind paying the 80 dollars. I didn’t get the email but I should have calendarized it. Why can’t you buy for more than one year. This is crazy that you can’t automate such a simple task. Thank you for your tag. Honestly from a non emotional point of view this sort of SLA for such a critical support issue is terrible.

Only thing is, spintechit.ca doesn’t seem to be hosted here by WordPress.com.
You’ll need to check with your domain registrar (which seems to be tucows.com)

Spintechit.com is redirected to my local spintechit.ca site using a redirect I purchased from wordpress. Right now my mail going to my spintechit.com domain is down and my spintechit.com is not redirecting to .ca because my domain is expired and I can’t find anyone to give 80 dollars to. Deep breath on my part and thanks for reaching out. -

spintechit.com did indeed expire on February 6th and is in redemption. The 80$ is a redemption fee required by the domain registrar, not WordPress.com. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

Thanks @justjennifer, I’m not disputing having to pay although I did not receive the alert. I would love to just be able to pay someone. But honestly 29 hours now to deal with a critical issue like this is a bit ludicrous.
