Domain Expired – cannot find way to renew

    Thank you for your response. Yes, we are referring to sacramentohomerealestate.com. We authorize the $80 cost to restore the domain. Use credit card that ends in 2018. We want to renew the Domain Mapping and Registration. We already had it set to recurring so we don’t know why it didn’t renew automatically.

    I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore sacramentohomerealestate.com to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.

    We’ve heard back from our domain provider, and they were able to restore your domain. I’ve sent a message to the email address associated with your account with information on how to pay for the renewal and redemption fees.
