Domain expired, currently in redemption period, but don't know where to renew

Our domain name has expired and we did not receive any notification about it. It is registered via wordpress.com by way of Wild West Domains. They could not help us and directed us here.

domain is buddyloveclothinglabel.com We understand there is the $80 fee to get the domain out of redemption. Please email the payment details to (email visible only to moderators and staff) so we can take care of this immediately.

All communication from WordPress.com is going to be sent to the email address listed on your account at wordpress.com/me/account/ Please verify that the correct email is listed there and update if needed. This could be how the renewal notices were missed.
I’ve sent the email explaining the redemption process as requested including a payment link for the redemption fee and the registration renewal.
