‘Domain expired’ error and ‘account recovery’ problem
-
Hello,
I own(ed?) the blog http://www.nagoyaetcetera.com on another WordPress account. I suddenly got a ‘this domain expired’ message on screen a week ago. I tried to check the configurations on my account but accidentally lost my password in the meanwhile. As I lost access to the e-mail I used to register a few months ago, the ‘send a password key by mail’ option doesn’t help. So I tried the ‘account recovery’ option, but when filling up the form and sending it I get a ‘Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com’ error message. I presume it’s because the URL returns the above ‘domain expired’ error ? Useless to say, I have ne necessary ‘transaction ID’ etc …
What should I do ? I’ve been blogging for over 20 years now, this is quite important to me, any help would be appreciated …The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
It looks like the domain you’re referring to is registered on a different WordPress.com account, not the @pasmahl account you’re logged into. You’ll want to fill out the account recovery form for help with getting back into the correct account.
I see that you’ve already submitted the form. Our account recovery team will get back to you as soon as possible to help you log in.
Thanks!
