Domain expired how to renew

  Our domain was purchased through wordpress.com and the registar is Automattic and we can not contact them besides through email.

  the domain is under (email visible only to moderators and staff) or jpadmin if im not mistaken. I cannot currently access any of the ruggeddesignconcepts.com emails. due to the site being down.

  It is not under an email address connected to the domain.

  i have tried to recover the password. almost all options require access to the email which i dont have without the domain. the only proof i have is the transaction ID on my bank statement but it is not letting me recover the password even with that because it says the domain ruggeddesignconcepts.com doesn’t exist.

  is it possible to pay for the domain through a different email? I can fix all of this as soon as the registrar is paid and renewed.

  Hi @dendenbubba,
  Here’s how to recover access to the account that owns that domain. First, follow these instructions to retrieve that transaction ID from your bank statement:

  View Your Billing History

  and then send it to our Account Recovery team through this form:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Please DO NOT POST any transaction details in this public forum. Use the form I linked above.
