Domain expired – how to restore content?

My domain recently expired due to some complications with GoDaddy and my PayPal credit card.
When I registered again, I found that all my previous posts had disappeared. Is there any way to restore them, or even find cached versions of them?
(Learning the hard way to make backup copies now :))

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, escapegoating.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
