Domain expired in February and I was told to contact support to renew it

    The links to renew are not active and I can’t seem to fix this. Please let me know what to do.

    I want to re-purchase martinjbarry.com as my domain.

    You should be able to go into your Dashboard >> Stores section and purchase the domain name just as you did the first time – the domain name has reverted back to the wild and nobody has registered it – so give a plain register it again try – had your domain name been in redemption you would have needed staff help and there would have been an extra charge –

    since the name is back into the wild it can’t be renewed but must be registered from scratch
