Domain expired in January and I was told to contact support to renew it

I want to renew my domain that expired in January. The dashboard will not let me do it automatically- I was told to contact support. Please let me know I can proceed.

The domain itself was returned to the public market a while ago. I’m not sure why it wasn’t removed from your account.
I have removed it from your account so you can now re-register it by adding it via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
