Domain expired – in redemption

    Hi, our website is in redemption. We have been communicating in a separate WordPress account and didn’t realize we had a second one until a Happiness Engineer pointed it out.

    We are a non-profit and there has been turnover of board members and the Executive Director so details got lost.

    Can you please send a manual payment link as quickly as possible?

    Our website and email have been down for almost a week now.

    The website at moniff.wordpress.com is not the one I need help with. That is the old website but the new domain name moniff.org was purchased through the moniff.wordpress.com account and that is the one that is down. Confusing.

    I’m posting here as I’ve not heard back from our Happiness Engineer who said on September 17th “I am working on getting the domain put back in your account. Here is the link for the manual payment:”

    I made the manual payment for the redemption fee and the domain name (moniff.org) renewal and got a thank you notice.

    Since you are on your “improving services break” I am posting here as she may be unavailable. This is in reference to:
