Domain Expired / Incorrect Account Email

    Hi! I run the organization that the pattersonjournal.com domain belonged to. I am not sure what email they had registered to be contacted for the domain, but the one that I was passed down was not contacted, nor am I able to log into the page that asks me to log in to renew. Please let me know what I need to do!

    Hi there – We’re only able to look into the public information available on the domain itself, since the site is down. The domain was never owned through WordPress.com, nor was the site hosted here. But let’s dive a little deeper.

    I’ve checked the domain through Security Trails: https://securitytrails.com/domain/pattersonjournal.com/history/ns

    It appears that up until a week ago the domain was pointing to the servers at tmdhosting.com. That might have been where your site was hosted.

    What I recommend doing is first getting in contact with the person at your organization who managed the site within the past year (even if they have moved on). Second to that, get with accounting to locate past billing statements for the domain and hosting for the website. Once you know who those companies are you can begin reaching out to their support for more help on this.
