Domain Expired + Need Live Chat

Hello, I am in need of immediate assistance as I’ve tried to renew my domain but the wordpress site was malfunctioning consistently (and not showing any text whatsoever) and it now appears that my domain has expired. My website is completely down and I am need of help getting my website, http://www.shantiyogastl.com back up and running. I am not showing this website in my list of websites (the only ones I’m seeing are extremely old and not in use). The one that I use for my yoga studio is a Genesis site with a schedule to all of our classes are linked to. Please help!

If you’ve let your upgraded plan expire as well as your domain then you’ll no longer have access to LiveChat. That domain expired a while ago and has reached the redemption period. It can be recovered but there are now extra costs that need paying to the Registrar to do that. I have added a modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could reply to you. I appreciate you tagging a member of staff to help with this! I’ve tried upgrading in the past as mentioned, but it wasn’t allowing me to. I hope that we can get this figured out and my site up and running sooner than later.

shantiyogastl.com expired a while back and it’s now in redemption. We will try and recover it. To do that, we require the help of our domain partner. They will charge us an $80 fee for that service. Before we can go forward, I need confirmation from you that you’ll agree to make that payment. This will be in addition to your annual renewal price of $26 – making the total $106.
As soon as I hear back from you I’ll get things moving on the redemption. Typically it only takes 2-3 days for the entire process.
