  Please advise how to renew an expired domain.

  the process to renew an expired domain depends on how long it’s been expired.

  Members of staff have been tagged to assist you further.

  In the meantime, please provide the expired domain name.

  Hey! Thanks for responding and sharing the other forum. I hope I have the same option to recover the site.

  The site name is firstdancecharlotte.com. I think it officially expired around April 12 but my site didn’t go down until yesterday, which definitely made me think I had actually taken care of it when turns out I hadn’t.

  Thanks for your help. Looking forward to hearing from someone soon!

  Your domain firstdancecharlotte.com definitely expired. We sent several email warnings both before and shortly after it expired.

  Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 90 days. You can learn more about expired domains here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

  The good news is that we are still able to recover your domain, as it is currently in the Grace period: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/#grace-period

  I have sent a payment request for the total of $18 to the email address on your account. Once the payment is received, we will send a note to our domain partner regarding firstdancecharlotte.com. This process only takes about 2-3 days start to finish.

  Yes, I am very much aware of the process now. Thank you so much for getting back to me. I have been so stressed all day.

  So glad I was still in the grace period — that is indeed GREAT news. I submitted payment. Will I receive notification when the domain is available again? Or will my site that the domain is linked to just become live again?
