The domain we need to renew is oregonearlylearning.com. I’ve updated the payment method in our account so we can be charged.

Hi @orearlylearning, this domain expired some time ago, so it’s going through this process now:
https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-expiration/#redemption-periodThe registrar charges an $80 fee to retrieve it at this point, in addition to the regular renewal fee. Since it’s pretty time-sensitive, I’ll send an invoice now so you can take care of that right away. We can reach out to the registrar as soon as it’s paid.
Or if you prefer, you can just let that process continue. The redemption period usually takes several weeks, and there’s a significant chance of losing the domain to another buyer if someone else happens to want it. If you want to use that option, let us know so we can cancel the invoice.

Hello, thank you for your help!! I have just paid the invoice. How long will it take for our site to be back up?
-
Hi there!
Thanks so much for that – I can see here that the invoice has indeed been paid.
Your domain registration for oregonearlylearning.com has been restored for you now. You can access and manage it as you normally would by heading to Upgrades > Domains in your WordPress.com dashboard.
Hope that helps – if you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to let us know any time.

We require that domain’s A record to point to another location. How can we update that. Appreciate all the assistance.

Hi there, @orearlylearning!
You can edit the A record the domain is currently pointing to. To do so, you will want to head to My Site → Upgrades → Domains → oregonearlylearning.com → DNS records → Manage
From there, you can edit the A record currently added to the domain:

Let me know if you have any questions!
