Domain expired.. not sure how to renew

  Hi
  I have had my site with wordpress for years and the same domain.

  I missed the email regarding needing to renew the domain but I can’t work out how to renew.

  I did change my hosting over in 2020 as a friend helped me.

  Does this affect the domain name? How do I renew?
