    My site is down and I am being told that the domain has expired. Can I renew through WordPress?

    Correct account: Yes

    Can you let us know what the URL is of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

    NOTE: if the domain was not registered with us prior to it expiring, there’s not much we can do here. You will need to contact your previous domain registrar to recover the domain.
