Domain Expired on May 5, 2014

    Hi there,

    I was not notified that my domain was expiring. Now it has expired (May 5, 2014) and I cannot seem to find a way of renewing it. I had it on Auto Renew and everything. Not sure how to proceed. Please advise.

    Hi Nicole,

    It looks like the domain nicoleteachesyoga.com is in redemption, which is what happens after it expires and passes the grace period to renew. We sent a reminder to the account email a month in advance on April 4th that it was expiring, but if the email on the account at that time wasn’t one you monitored it may have been missed.

    I will follow up via email with you regarding the options for recovery.
