Domain expired – out of grace period!

Hi,
This is my client’s account. They have given me the login to get a problem solved.
Domain name: mayurenterprises.co
They had this domain with wordpress.com, hosting and website developed through me.
They changed their card details before this year’s domain renewal, and probably because of some issue, payment wasn’t done, and the domain got expired and then it went out of grace period before they could renew.
Now it’s been over 2 months since the domain expired.Is there any way to renew it? Can you please share the solution here? If not, can you mail on this account’s email ID and then inform me here that you have mailed? (because I won’t know if there is an email, since the client hasn’t shared the email ID login details with me).
I had also sent a message through the support links after logging in, but client says that they haven’t received any email from WP team yet.Thank you.

Hi mayurenterprises,
mayurenterprises.co expired on 23rd February 2018 but is not yet in the redemption period. If you want to recover the domain, I can send a payment request for the domain cost and contact our domain registrar once your payment has come through. If the domain enters the redemption during that time, you will also need to pay an $80 redemption fee.
