hello,
unfortunately i didn’t renew my domain (rebel-rebel.com) and it’s a bit of a mess :(
can you send me the auth code if it’s possible or something to renew or transfer the domain? pls!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your domain may be in its redemption period:
After the grace period ends, your domain enters the redemption period, the length of which can vary. This means the domain name can still be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost. (This is standard practice for domain registrars.)
It’s important to note that during the redemption phase, domains can be included in expired-domain auctions, where another party can bid on your domain name. If the domain is claimed by someone else in an auction, you will not be able to renew. If you made a payment in attempt to reclaim the domain out of redemption and were unsuccessful, you will get a refund.

Actually, it looks like your domain doesn’t expire until November of this year. Did you WordPress.com account/upgrade expire?

i know, but in dashboard notification i saw this

That domain expired on 21 November 2016. The Whois data can show an expiration date a year on in some cases while the domain is still in the grace period, so we might still be able to get it back without needing to pay the redemption fee. But it has already been removed from our account and might already be in redemption, and the whois just hasn’t updated to show it yet. I won’t know that until I contact our registrar.
I’ve sent you a payment link to pay for the renewal and then I can contact our registrar to restore it. However, if they reply that the domain is already in redemption you will need to pay the $80 redemption fee as well. Please reply to confirm if you’re okay with that if necessary, so we’ll need less back-and-forth here to get the process moving to get the domain back.

As I was afraid would be the case, it appears your domain has already entered redemption, and our registrar is charging the $80 fee to restore it. Can you please reply to confirm if you are willing to pay it? Then I will send a second payment link and confirm with the registrar that it should be restored.

Okay, I’ve sent a new link for the redemption fee. I’ll be notified when we receive payment, and then I can tell our registrar to redeem the domain.
