  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of unveiledhttraining-consulting.org?

  That domain expired on 18 November, and has since been removed from our system, so it is no longer in your account.

  I’m sending you a link via email that you can pay to renew the domain. Once we receive the payment, we can then email our domain provider to restore the domain to your account.

  However, due to how long ago this domain expired you should also be aware that it can enter redemption at any time. If that happens before our domain provider can restore the domain to your account there will be an additional $80 fee payable to get the domain back.

  I thought this purchase was on auto renewal. Why did it not auto renew?

  I can see you had autorenew in the past, but it looks like you maybe cancelled that at some point.

  I’ve reached out to the registrar to get the domain back. We’ll let you know when we hear back.

  I’d recommend ensuring you have a payment method attached to the domain so it renews automatically next year. You can set that here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
