Domain expired recently

  Hi,
  My domain mayurenterprises.co expired recently. Can I renew it? I can’t see it in profile, and I think it’s still registered with WordPress.
  Can I recover the domain?

  Also now that I see the bill, it says this:

  WordPress.com Business(new purchase)
  Annual subscription
  mayurenterprisesdotco.wordpress.com

  From this it seems you just upgraded my WordPress package for free domain. But i clearly requested for the domain renewal of mayurenterprises.co

  Please look into it at the earliest.

  Your domain does not appear in your account because we’ve not restored it yet. This is a manual process, and we’ve been waiting for you to let us know that you’d paid, as per staff-zinnia’s reply above.

  I can now see we’ve received your payment, so I’ve emailed our domain provider to restore the domain. We’ll let you know once they reply, but that might not be until Monday.

  Sorry, my bad. I thought there would be auto intimation of payment.
  I just got startled because the receipt just said WordPress Business Annual Subscription.

  That Business subscription is just an incorrect label my colleague applied when creating the payment request. We’ve only charged you the $25 cost of a .co domain, so you don’t need to worry about that :)

  Oh, I forgot: To ensure the domain doesn’t expire again, please make sure to add a payment method to the upgrade at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/. That will enable automatic renewal, so we can renew the domain for you before it expires.
