Domain expired recently and will not let me renew it

  I have followed all the steps and got to the checkout section but after I click “renew for $18.00 USD” button it says

  This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?

  Any idea what I can do to resolve this and renew my domain LSapproved.com?

  the blog i need help with is NOT dudestuffsucks.wordpress.com, it is lsapproved.wordpress.com (LSapproved.com). I am an admin on both

  It also shows the option now to renew for the $18 a year plus the $80 late fee but i still get the same message:

  This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?

  This upgrade is actually owned by another user. Are you able to log into that account and renew?

  I’m assuming that would be the other person that helps to run the website. I will have him log in and try. Although he has also tried the same thing recently (within the last 2 days) and said he got the same message.

  Thanks @andreweineichner — you can also try renewing via WP-Admin > Store > My Upgrades. Let me know what your other team member finds, too.

  The other guy that’s an admin on the site said he’s getting the same message as me. Does this mean he is not the other user that owns the upgrade? His name is […].

  Tried the WP-Admin > Store > My Upgrades, same exact thing as before.

  I’ll send an email to the correct owner. Watch for that then log in using that account.
