domain expired recently, how to renew

  Hi. My school has registered two domain names, parkmath.org and parkmath.com. The contact email we provided unfortunately was outdated, and so we didn’t receive a notice to renew. (I think the domains expired in April.) From reading the help pages, I can’t figure out what to do next – who to contact or pay. We would like to renew both domains.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have flagged this for the staff to help, if your domain name has expired more than a few days ago, you will need staff help

  Hi there,

  The WordPress.com user who original purchased those domains can renew them by logging in to WordPress.com and visiting the My Upgrades page here:

  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades

  Only the account that was used to purchase those domains will be able to renew them. If you aren’t sure which account that was, you can check the list of users on the site under Users > All Users in the WP Admin dashboard.
