Domain expired – WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET HELP!

    My site has been down for 2 weeks. I put in a thread on the 16th and have no response yet! This is ridiculous! If I lose my domain name because no one has helped me Im going to be really upset. I want to pay for your services but I need to know where to go.
