Domain expired wish to renew

Hi I have been locked out of my email account and unable to use for around 6 weeks, had no idea our business domain was expiring and would have renewed immediately….it’s bangsaray-property.com
I can not log into my wordpress account, have asked for username and password to be sent by email but have received nothing.
Please help us retrieve & pay for our domain name.

Hey there, this will be a bit tricky because you’re dealing with account recovery and domain expiration, but we can help.
First, find the last time you paid for the domain. You can search your transaction records for WordPress or wpchrg.com. Find the transaction ID for your charge. Do not post it here. Here’s how to find it though:
