Domain Expired…need help renewing

  Hi,

  It just came to my attention that my domain name did not renew with my WordPress.org via Siteground hosting renewal. As a result my domain info is locked and I cannot retrieve my info or log into my account to renew the domain registered through WordPress.com via Wild West Domains…in fact, when I called their customer support, they referred me email you. Any assistance you can give me is appreciated.

  Hi there,

  Your domain is currently pending final expiration and cannot be redeemed. Once the domain does clear, it will be available for registration again. This can be done at:

  https://wordpress.com/domains/add/

  Or through another registrar.

  Alright…I’ll be watching for it, and crossing my fingers that I can get it back. Definitely gonna set domain billing to “auto-renew” in future…this is a huge pain. Thank you so much for helping me figure out where to go from here. :)
