  You must be logged under the exact same username account that registered the blog in question and that purchased the original upgrade to renew the upgrade.
  Dashboard > Store > Domains

  tbbuild.com.au. is not registered with WordPress.COM – they can’t do .au domains – you need to renew domain registration with your Registrar that you got the domain from

  For the domain mapping to get your name tbbuild.com.au. mapped to your blog here – you need to be logged in as the EXACT account / name that owns the upgrade or bought it originally – do you have a second account you might have used?
