Domain expiring

  Hi I keep getting emails from you saying my domain http://www.mommyreviewer.com is expiring. I am hosted through SiteGround and am confused as to how I keep my domain. I have tried to renew my domain through the email and it says I don’t have a wordpress site. Please help me. I don’t want my domain to expire.

  Hi there,

  The domain, mommyreviewer.com, is hosted with Siteground, but it is registered with WordPress.com, to the username account, jeanmosher. In other words, you’re paying Siteground for your site, but you pay us for the domain.

  You will need to log in as the username, jeanmosher, to renew the domain, as only the username that owns an upgrade can renew it.
