Domain expiring

  I have renewed our domain and hosting through WordPress for desmoinesmakerfaire.com, but I continue receiving e-mails that it’s going to expire on July 10 and I need to renew. Is there something we missed in the renewal process?

  Hi, Darnell! I also go the notice this morning that our Maker Faire domain name is going to expire. Could you please advise on how to renew it? We’d also like to add another admin with full access to the site. So, please let me know how to do this.

  Hi there,

  Yes, you should be able to renew the domain once you log into the account that owns the upgrade. Once you are able to do that, you can go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to renew the domain.

  Hey, Darnell. I’m still having trouble renewing it. There is no option to renew the desmoinesmakerfaire.com domain. All I see is the option to upgrade to WordPress Business.

  It’s not under your account either. Do you have access to the account that is associated with the upgrade? If logged in under that account, you’ll be able to see the option to renew the subscription.

  No, we don’t have access to that account. My other login is under @sciowa, and I can’t find the option to make any payments under that name.

  Is there another way we can do this?
