  I updated my billing information but how can I proceed to renew my domain? Please help, I feel like I’m going around in circles! This is a message I got in my email ‘Your WordPress.com domain beavertonmops.com is due for renewal.’

  Domain mapping for beavertonmops.com is owned by mopsbeaverton — if you login to that account you should be able to renew it.

  When I go to Purchases there is nothing, it is blank. I don’t know how to loggin to the account for domain mapping. Is there a link?

  I was able to get in. Now it won’t take my credit card.
  “User or Token does not have access to specified site.”

  I’ve moved domain mapping over to your leticiachristopherson account. Please try renewing it from that account now. Do you still have the same problem?

  If that doesn’t work, we can renew it manually.
