Domain expiry help

  Hi folks,

  our domain has expired due to a problem with our bank, now I can’t seem to renew the site unless I purchase business. Can you tell me urgently what to do?

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any upgrades in your account. Your site, http://labinaboxnz.wordpress.com/, has a Premium Plan and domain mapping for labinabox.nz which expired three days ago, but those were bought using a different account, and only that account will be able to renew it.

  If you visit the My Site ->People page you should be able to see all the other users on your site. It would be one of the other Admin accounts.
