Domain Expiry, no Renew button

  Hi,
  My domain name has expired and I wan to renew it. The renew button is not available and it says to contact you immediately if this is the case.

  I am not seeing any upgrades associated with the account you are posting from.

  So that means that the upgrade is connected to another WordPress.com account. Could you have had a second account in the past? Or used another account to purchase the upgrade for some reason?

  Yes – someone that worked with me before that is no longer here could have. But I would not be able to get her login details again.

  Hello there,
  Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account. You must contact that blog owner so they can transfer the blog to your username account.
