domain failure

  we just bought a .com name through wordpress and tried to go onto the new domain and now we are getting a failed to open page. how long does the .com take to start working? after we bought the .com we upgraded to premium status. is there anything else that we need to do?

  It can take 48-72 hours for a newly registered domain name to begin working everywhere. When I visit your new domain it works for me, so you should be all set. If you continue to experience problems when you try to visit your domain, please let me know and I’ll be happy to look into it for you!
