Domain fee for cancelled site

    Hi, I have recently discontinued a WordPress site but my domain continued to be billed to me, how do I get them to cancel my domain name and reimburse me the $33.89 fee. I thought it would have be done automatically.

    I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. The last charge under this account was from last year. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
