  Good evening. I would like to change my blog`s name cutiacupraline.wordpress.com to CutiacuPraline.com. Can you tell me what are my options, please?

  I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but uploading a custom theme from another website is possible only on self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software, which is very different from WordPress.com. This means that you cannot upload any themes to your WordPress.com site. This ensures both the safety of our users and the functionality of all of our blogs.
