domain forward?

    My site is hosted through Bluehost now and I want all of my old .wordpress.com posts to be automatically redirected to the corresponding post on my new domain, thefoodcharlatan.com. I am still getting traffic on my .wordpress.com site and I want it to be on my new site. Bluehost says that there is simple code that someone on your end and insert into my blog to have it redirected to thefoodcharlatan.com. Thanks for your help.
