domain forwarding

Help! I’ve never had this problem with my other blogs. I have the domain digtheroots.com and have purchased the domain mapping to have the wordpress deleted from the url. However, digtheroots.com forwards to an old domain that is no longer active: lifec2.com. Digtheroots.wordpress.com functions properly, but not digtheroots.com.
Also, I named the blog to The Roots in settings, but under “my blogs” it is simply called, “my blog”.
Any suggestions? I have already deleted lifec2.com.

Confirm Primary Blog Settings
You’ve set a different domain (lifec2.com) as primary for lifec2.wordpress.com. Although you can map more than one domain to your blog, only one can be primary.

I cannot access lifec2.com because it has been deleted. I do not wish for digtheroots.com to have anything to do with lifec2.com. Under store, domains, I only have one option for primary: digtheroots.wordpress.com. Do I need to contact support and have them delete lifec2.com?

I moved digtheroots.com to your digtheroots.wordpress.com blog. I also removed the lifec2.com domain mapping upgrade from your account because it was expired.

Thanks, kardotim. I have the digtheroots.com radio button clicked under domains, but entering digtheroots.com in the browser still tries to pull up lifec2.com.
