Domain Forwarding?

  Hi,

  I am trying to get the Moresbypc.uk domain that I have just purchased to be the website that another domain that we own is forwarded to (moresbypc.org.uk).

  I have tried to do this via putting forwarding on the substantive domain (the org.uk) but they have said that I need to update the external nameserves on the wordpress website?

  I have tried to do this (I think) but I now have two CNAME entries one that says ‘handled by wordpress’ and another that is the CNAME that the company that we purchased the org.uk website from told me to use (CNAME www webforward.lcn.com).

  The long and the short of it is the forward doesn’t seem to be working and I really need it to? But I’m not a web designer? I use wordpress as it is simple, but i don’t know how to solve this problem? Can anyone help? Please?

  Hi there,

  To better help with that, I need to understand a few things first.

  Do you want both domains (moresbypc.uk and moresbypc.org.uk) to point to the same site? If that’s the case, then which of the two sites that you have, do you want to point them to? On your existing site that’s hosted by GoDaddy (moresbypc.org.uk) or to your new one that’s hosted by us (moresbypc.wordpress.com)?
