  I used to be able to use Domain Forwarding for $13 per year….has that changed where now I have to purchase a Upgrade Monthly Plan?

  If you are talking about mapping a domain name you already own to a WordPress.com site and are referring to the new site https://carmelitemissionarysistersofsttheresa.wordpress.com/ then yes, things have changed. An upgraded plan is now required to map a domain you already own. also note that plans need to be paid for annually in advance as there are currently no monthly payment plans at WordPress.com. https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
