  we want to abandon the entire website and forward any queries to lloydcyclestation.com to golloyd.org (see my www subomain forward) but appears my login doesnt have permissions to fwd the root domain ?

  Please remove lloydcyclestation.com as the primary domain of your WordPress.com site. This should enable the possibility of forwarding the root domain.
