domain forwarding from godaddy and google email – can't verify domain/dns at wor

  Hi – I was advised to first forward my godaddy domain to my wordpress site [done!] and then set up google mail. Google mail asked me to verify my domain by pasting text back in godaddy’s DNS section. But apparently because I’d already forwarded the domain to wordpress my dns is now at wordpress and not at godaddy. How do I now verify that I own the domain and get my work email back up and running?! Thanks for your help asap!

  Since you’re forwarding the domain via GoDaddy, DNS changes need to be made at GoDaddy. We don’t support this, so I’m not sure if that will even work.

  I do know that it will work if you map your domain here following the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/ and then add email following the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/
