Domain forwarding issue!!!

  Hi,
  I just need to forward my domain (eniseburcu.com) to a different host.I updated “name servers” and “edit dns” sections from control panel. Waiting for 2 days. when I type eniseburcu.com, browser says “This webpage is not available”.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am seeing eniseburcu.com as having non-WordPress.com nameservers. If those nameservers are correct, then you may need to talk to the support team at your new webhost to see if the issue is on their end. Because things look correct from here.

  ns servers are correct. I got the addresses from The hosting company’s support team. However, it doesn’t work.
  I’ve also updated DNS section.
  I can’t delete/update the following section from “Edit DNS” menu
  NS eniseburcu.com handled by WordPress.com
  But nothing changes..

  The issue appears to be that you have both A & CNAME records and are using non-WordPress nameservers.

  You either need to leave the nameservers as WordPress nameservers and use the A-Record/CNAME, or delete the A-Record/CNAME and use your webhost’s nameservers.
