Domain from cancelled Premium account still not available

  Hi there,

  Yesterday I signed up for a Premium account and quickly cancelled it (within 12 hours) after realising it was not what I wanted. The domain I briefly had is obviously still in use as it is not available through other domain registering sites.

  I understand that for expired or discontinued domains it can take up to 90 days – but what about early cancelled premium domains? When will it be available again?

  Typically when a domain name is cancelled right after registration it will go into a 5 day hold with the registry. At this point you will probably have to wait to get it registered again.

  Once a domain is cancelled, it’s out of our hands, and you will need to wait for our registrar partner to release the domain.

  @jonathanderrin, that is the nameserver information that the registrar adds when someone registers a domain and then cancels it within a short window.
