Domain from Godaddy
-
I have a domain which I purchased from GoDaddy. On GoDaddy.com I set up domain forwarding so keleighelizabeth.com forwards to keleighelizabeth.wordpress.com.
On WordPress.com I went to the My Domains page, added my domain keleighelizabeth.com and selected that as the primary domain. After doing this, and going to keleighelizabeth.com, nothing came up but the go daddy holding page. Now, nothing but a white page is showing up. When I go to keleighelizabeth.wordpress.com, a white page comes up.
So, to try and fix this, on the wordpress.com My Domains page, I selected keleighelizabeth.wordpress.com as the primary domain. Then, I typed in keleighelizabeth.com and a white page came up. When I go to keleighelizabeth.wordpress.com, my website comes up.
Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this?

Hi!
You need to go to your GoDaddy administration panel and change your domain’s Name Servers to:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COMAfter that, you’ll need to wait an hour or so, and restart your browser to see the changes take effect.
Everything on this side is set correctly. You need to point your domain’s Name Servers to us and everything will work :)).
Here’s a more detailed reference:

In wordpress under My Domains, does it matter whether keleighelizabeth.com or keleighelizabeth.wordpress.com is the primary domain?
-
The Primary Domain is the domain to where every other domain will be redirected.
That’s the only address that your readers will see, even though they could still type the other addresses and get redirected to the Primary one.
Does that make sense?
