Domain Gone
-
Hello,
We have a paid membership that is supposed to include one specific domain name (jpublicpolicy.com). However, a number of our readers alerted us that our domain is now down. It appears that, as we let our jpublicpolicy.net expire, for some reason the jpublicpolicy.com does not work anymore. Could you please clarify how to fix this? No one ever types in jpublicpolicy.net, which is why we decided to no longer pay for this domain. However, before letting that expire, I did check in with someone at WordPress to make sure we had jpublicpolicy.com, and they confirmed we did–in fact, we originally were being charged for BOTH .com and .net, although one was supposed to be included free with our premium service. So, I asked the guy to link the .com with our premium service. Please let me know what’s going on and how to fix it as soon a s possible so as not to lose anymore credibility with our users. Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’m sorry we didn’t take care of the unwanted jpublicpolicy.net domain when you contacted us earlier. (Expired domains aren’t automatically removed from your site, because it can be hard to recover them in that case if they expired by accident.)
I just removed that expired domain from your account, so now visitors can continue to access your site using your active domain jpublicpolicy.com. You should be all set with that domain, but please let me know if I can help with anything else.
