Happy to help. I’ve had a look and can see that thebitesizedceliac.com is not in redemption after being cancelled. Domains can still be recovered while in redemption but our domain partner charges $80 fee. This is the ONLY way to guarantee you can retain ownership of the domain though.
The other option, which is risky, is to wait it out. Once the domain redemption period ends, the domain is going to be available for purchase again. There’s no notification about when this will happen exactly and there’s a high chance that a domain bidding or squatting service will beat you to it. If that happens you are out of luck and have lost ownership of the domain.
If you want to proceed with the recovering the domain from redemption, and agree to that $80 fee, I will get the process started. It only takes about 2-3 days on average. Once the domain is recovered and added back to your account you’ll be able to transfer it to any service of your choice.
Write back with confirmation or any clarification questions. We should move quickly.

Never received this email and have yet to hear anything. I don’t understand why this is so challenging. It’s been a month and I paid for my domain (2x) and I am still without a site.

The email included in the link above my last comment is correct. There is no reason that I shouldn’t have gotten an email.
