Domain has been renewed but still shows expiring on status page . . .

  I have renewed my domain name upgrade, but it still shows as expiring in 4 days on the status page. Can you please confirm that the renewal has gone through? I just tried to pay again (doh!) and the response page indicated to me that the renewal payment had already been made, and it is current till 2014. Why does the status page still show the domain expiring in 2013?

  Sorry about the mess! One of our internal systems didn’t get updated. I’ve gone ahead and made sure that it has been and that you’ve been renewed out until 2014.
