I found out that the domain is now available for reactivation! I see that it was not connected to the account that you contacted us from, however. To confirm ownership, can you contact me from the WordPress.com account that the domain was purchased under? Then, I’ll activate it under that account immediately.

Let me check up on that! I don’t know what other account it would have been purchased from. How have you been able to see what I’ve purchased up until now if this isn’t the right account?
